Information you choose to share
When you use our contact or home value request forms, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, property address, selling time frame, and any details you choose to submit. We also receive the type of inquiry you send.
How your information is used
We use your information to reply to your request, discuss real estate services, provide a personalized market review if requested, and maintain records of inquiries. Submitting a request does not require you to list or buy a home.
Form delivery provider
Website forms are processed by FormSubmit, an outside form-delivery service. Submissions are sent to DevilDogHomes@yahoo.com. FormSubmit may process and temporarily retain submission information under its own policies. Please do not send Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or other highly sensitive information through the forms.
CRM and third-party services
We may manually enter inquiry information into our customer relationship management system, Lofty, to manage and respond to real estate inquiries. Automatic form-to-Lofty synchronization is not currently active on this website. Clicking a link to our Lofty-powered property search or to a third-party review site takes you to another service governed by its own privacy practices.
Analytics, technical data, and cookies
Our hosting service and connected third-party services may process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser information, and page requests for security and website operation. At the time this policy was prepared, there is no custom third-party marketing tracker installed in the website files. If analytics or advertising technology is added later, this notice should be updated to reflect the tools actually used.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell information submitted through our forms to third-party advertisers. We share information as necessary with our form-processing, email, hosting, and CRM service providers, or when legally required. Inquiry records may be retained for follow-up, business records, and legal or compliance purposes; storage periods depend on the service involved and applicable requirements.
